Kitchen Sink Italian Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  • Juice of 1 whole lemon

  • 2 tablespoons agave or maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder or Dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

  • Several pinches salt

  • Several pinches black pepper

  • 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped

  • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid or a bowl.

    2. Shake or whisk well until the dressing is fully combined.

    3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

    4. Pour over pasta salad and toss to coat
