1 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

Juice of 1 whole lemon

2 tablespoons agave or maple syrup

2 teaspoons mustard powder or Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder

2 cloves garlic, pressed

Several pinches salt

Several pinches black pepper

1 handful fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid or a bowl.

Shake or whisk well until the dressing is fully combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Pour over pasta salad and toss to coat
